Debbie Daniels,  who many of you will remember from the show Heavy, posted this video on her Facebook page. Outside of Adam Martin’s Exercise Prescription seminar, it may be one of the best presentations I have ever seen on the benefits of exercise. The information is great, but it is the way that it is presented that made it so interesting. This is the time of year for new beginnings, if starting an exercise program is on your list, this video will help inspire you. If you are a seasoned exerciser, it will help keep you inspired.
