She’s not only responsible for coaching H3@Home clients, but she also leads group fitness classes, personal training sessions, lectures and is available for private nutrition consultations. Lindsay earned both her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and her Master’s degree in Dietetics from Ball State University. She is a member of the American Dietetic Association.
